Grief SupportThe next gathering will be Thursday, November 14th after the 8:30 am Mass. We will meet in the hall to share some breakfast followed by conversation and support. Any parishioner is welcome to attend! If you have any questions, please call Diane at the office.

Clothing Center Volunteers  NeededHours are from 10-2 pm the 4th Monday of each month and from 6:00-8:00 pm on the 3rd & 4th Thursdays of each month. Please call Veronica Williamson at 330-819-9760 for more information. Check the bulletin or Event Calendar to confirm Clothing Center dates, as days may be rescheduled.

The Clothing Center is located at 3377 State Rt. 59 in Ravenna.

Catholic War Veterans Dinner The ladies of the Catholic War Veterans are inviting all Veterans and their spouses or a guest to a dinner in their honor, November 20th at 6:00 p.m. in the church hall. Sickness and Church Closings If you are suffering from sickness or a cold, please STAY HOME! It is not a sin to miss Mass because of sickness. Also, note that, should we have a snow storm during the week and Rootstown schools are closed because of the weather, we too are closed and will not have Mass that day. Any activities planned for that day, such as choir practice or any other meetings are cancelled as well.

Magnificat Breakfast and SpeakerMary, Queen of Heaven and Earth Chapter of Magnificat invites you to a breakfast on Saturday, December 7th at Walsh University, Barrette Center, 2020 East Maple Street, North Canton, Ohio. Father Michael Denk will be the guest speaker. Cost: $22 mail-in or $23 online – go to magnificatstark.weebly.com to print out a Reservation Form or to pay online. Make checks payable to "Magnificat of Stark County" and send, with a completed Reservation Form, to Vicki Vasto, 8735 Glenarden Circle NW, Massillon, OH 44646. Reservations CANNOT be accepted after November 30th. Open seating. Doors open at 8:30am with breakfast at 9:00am. Women's Spirituality SeriesDiscerning Your Spiritual Path. Join Sister Eileen Kernan, December 5th from 6:30-8:00 pm for the final installment of this year's women's spirituality series. Sister Eileen will help you define spirituality, name your own way of being spiritual, and discover ways to enrich your spiritual path. Bring a journal or notebook and a pen and meet at the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown Motherhouse, 4250 Shields Rd., Canfield, OH 44406. Advent Prayer ServiceChrist as a Light to a Troubled World An Advent Prayer Service will be held on December 1st at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 7345 Westview Dr., Boardman. The service begins at 6:00pm and will be celebrated by Rev. Gerald DeLucia. Prayer, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Benediction will be celebrated in addition to a Scripture reading and reflection by Fr. DeLucia. All ages and families are invited to attend this special time of reflection on the true meaning of the Advent and Christmas seasons. Sponsored by Men and Women United for Life.
