2020 Annual Bishop's Appeal Bishop's AppealOur parish will join with parishes throughout the Diocese in offering our support to the 2020 Annual Bishop's Appeal. Our goal this year is to reach 100% participation. There are three ways in which you can participate: Pray for the success of the Annual Bishop's Appeal; Donate to the Appeal; Volunteer your time and talents to any of the ministries of the Church. Please submit a completed response card or pew envelope as all responses count towards our parish participation goal. Thank you in advance for your reflection and generous response to the Annual Appeal.

Youth Group Lottery Calendar FundraiserThe Youth Group will be raising funds to purchase a lifesaving portable AED unit for the church/hall and to help pay tuition for the members to attend a summer conference at Franciscan University in Steubenville. We will be selling 3-digit numbers before and after Masses during the weekends of Feb. 8-9, 15-16, and 22-23. Based on the month of March Ohio Lottery Pick 3 drawings at 7:30 pm on Mondays-Saturdays, if your number comes up, you will win cash! You can purchase as many numbers at $5 per number and you can choose your numbers! First come, first served. GOOD LUCK!

Clothing Center Volunteers NeededHours are from 10-2 pm the 4th Monday of each month and from 6:00-8:00 pm on the 4th Thursdays of each month. Please call Veronica Williamson at 330-819-9760 for more information. Check the bulletin or Event Calendar to confirm Clothing Center dates, as days may be rescheduled, especially around holidays.

The Clothing Center is located at 3377 State Rt. 59 in Ravenna.

Sickness and Church Closings If you are suffering from sickness or a cold, please stay home! It is not a sin to miss Mass because of sickness. Also note: If we have a snow storm during the week and Rootstown schools are closed because of the weather, we too are closed and will not have Mass that day. Any activities planned for that day, such as choir practice or any other meetings are also cancelled.

Brimfield Young at Heart Club......is having an Open House, Membership Drive and its 5th year anniversary. It will be held on Friday, February 14th at 12:00 noon at the Faith United Methodist Church in Brimfield on Tallmadge Road. We would like all seniors 55+ to come and see what we are about. The club is open membership for all seniors everywhere. Dues are $10, which covers our free catered Christmas party for all members. It is a social club with various activities for senior's enjoyment. Refreshments will be served and if you would like to participate, you can bring Valentines to pass out. Valentine's Day Event
Everyone is invited to celebrate Valentine's Day at the Ursuline Center (4280 Shields Rd, Canfield, OH 44406) annual Valentine's Day Dinner, Friday, Feb. 14 at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $30. Ministry to the Divorced The Catholic's Divorce Survival Guide will be offered on Wednesday evenings, February 19-May 6 from 6:45-9:00 pm at St. Paul Parish, 241 S. Main St., North Canton in North Room A (lower level of the Church). This is a DVD-based series with accompanying materials created to bring hope and healing to divorced and separated Catholics. No cost.
